Hello, My partner and I flew from Melbourne to have the gastric sleeve done. We could not have done this without the help and support from Senem and her amazing team Melis and sadik. They not only provided us with support but went over and beyond for the both of us from the moment we had landed, and currently still as we have not left the country yet but at the hotel. There communication and time is beyond the greatest experience and pleasure that we have had. I highly suggest going through this team for all your needs, this team will move mountains to accomodate you and who ever you have coming with you. The cleaners/nurses/doctors and surgeons were amazing, the staff we had on our floor had me in laughters and were great with us whilst in there. Met amazing people in the hospital that got operated on, and they put us all Māori on the same floors hahaha. (Good choice) Senem we cannot thank you and your team enough for not only the service but you also provided us a safe space from the time we got on the plane and all the way up till leaving and then some. You are all family in our eyes.
